Illig HSA 30RD automatic blister packaging machine forms a complete packaging system with thermoforming and sealing unit. With the motor-driven card loader it is possible to produce blister packs with thermoformed transparent caps. Roll-fed material is processed in the thermoforming unit. The web formed with positive vacuum forming is separated into individual blisters in the forming unit. Subsequently the blisters are positioned into the pallets of the sealing unit by means of a transfer device. On the filling range the blisters situated in the sealing pallets are filled with goods. In front of the sealing station cards are positioned into the centring pins of the pallets. The heating plate of the sealing station is adjustable in height to offset differences in card thickness or height differences of sealing tools. After sealing the finished packs leave the sealing station on a conveyor. This machine is fitted with the optional pack lift-out device and conveyor. This machine has been regularly serviced by Illig engineers and is in excellent condition and is fully running.
