Back in the day, alongside Adventures in Pocketville, I was also very interested in Build-a-Bear’s Honey Girls plushie series, and it even influenced my anthro art style in a way! Since their 10th anniversary is coming up next year, I figured that not only should I draw the three in my art style, but also remix some of their songs with BandLab (and also make them extended, of course). This particular song is from the 2021 movie, which a lot of people have criticized for being in name only (quite frankly, I’m not a fan of those movies either). This is one of Ashanti’s two songs from the movie, where she plays as Fancy G. I’ve designated this remix as Risa’s solo since I do think it does fit her personality, especially in my version of her. BandLab arrangement, vocals, and art are done by me. The Honey Girls belongs to Build-a-Bear Workshop.
