Members of the 011 Street Society traveled south east to Dezzi Raceway for a showdown with some of KZN's fastest dragsters. The spectacle of motoring climaxed with Gauteng victorious, winning 6 -5. Their victory was owed to the absolute bullet-out-the-block turbo cars in the fwd, rwd and awd category. Nivashan 'Puto' Govender represented KZN hard in his fe turbo Rustler bakkie. The only worthy challenger for Meshen Naidoo's Golf 1 16v turbo named Santa Muerte. As expected, KZN racers dominated the naturally asdpirated side of things, with many new personal bests set on the day. Aadil 'Adzo' Badat set a new career best in his naturally aspirated R32 dragster, going 11.1 seconds to take victory in the 6 cylinder naturally aspirated class. Enjoy all of the action !
