Is recipe me humne cheek ka kheema (ya mutton kheema) use kiya hai aur usme fresh vegetables aur aromatic masale add kiye hain jisse kebab ka taste bahut hi amazing ho jata hai. Is recipe me hum sab vegetables ko chop karke kheeme ke saath mix karenge aur phir sticks par shape dekar fry karenge. Ye recipe ghar par bahut aasani se ban sakti hai aur bilkul restaurant aur street style taste deti hai. Agar aapko kebab, BBQ ya mutton recipes pasand hain to ye recipe zarur try karein. 🧾 Ingredients 500 gram cheek ka kheema (mutton bhi le sakte hain) 1 tbsp butter / ghee 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp green mirchi finely chopped 1 tsp seekh kabab masala 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder Salt as per taste Vegetables (chopping ke liye) 5–6 green mirchi 5–6 garlic cloves 1 large red shimla mirch 1/2 green shimla mirch 1 large onion Oil for frying 🍳 Cooking Method Sabse pehle ek chopper lein aur usme green mirchi, garlic, red shimla mirch, green shimla mirch aur onion daal kar achi tarah chop kar lein. Ab chopped vegetables ko achi tarah stir karein aur extra pani nikal dein. Ab ek bowl me kheema lein aur usme chopped vegetables add karein. Ab isme butter ya ghee, ginger garlic paste, green mirchi, seekh kabab masala, black pepper, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder aur salt add karein. Sab cheezon ko achi tarah mix karein aur mixture ko 10–15 minutes rest karne dein. Tab tak kebab sticks ready kar lein. Haath par thoda oil laga kar kheema mixture ko sticks par shape dein jaise video me dikhaya gaya hai. Ab pan me oil garam karein aur kebabs ko medium flame par fry karein jab tak wo golden aur perfectly cooked na ho jayein. Aapke Turkish Seekh Kebab ready hain.
