Welcome to Barun | Sankhuwasabha | Short trip vlog

During Dashain, we decided to visit Barun, a beautiful and less-explored place in Sankhuwasabha, Chewa. It had been years since we went to our village, and I remembered hearing about Barun when we were kids. Despite the rain forecast, we packed raincoats and went right after the first day of Tika. Our route was: Chewa → Manebhanyanj → Cheyyenkunti → Chichilla → Num → Upper Arun Third Hydro → Samatar → Neta Bhir → Gola → Barun. Road Conditions: Chewa to Num: 80% off-road and 20% paved. After Hydro: About 1 km of paved road, then more off-road, which was easier because the ground was smoother. Samatar: We had to leave our bikes here due to a landslide that hasn’t been fixed for years. I am sorry for less footages as actually i didnt plan to publish it as a vlog earlier so i deleted most of the clips and these are only left with me , i hope i will make sure to prevent this from next time .I hope you guys like it !!
