World Rowing Coastal Champs '22, Saundersfoot, Wales. (Sun 9th Oct). The Saundersfoot Team of Wavemakers did a magnificent job for the Sunday races!.... Wind waves and classic conditions for these brilliant boats. 😃😃 The first event of the day, woman's solo B Final, endured a punishing 4k course before the race committee took the smart decision in reducing the course down to 3k.... what this did was not only help the day's schedule but give us other 'B' Finalists a 1000m downwind downwave leg!! Just fantastic! For the event, big thanks to Saundersfoot Town, Samantha English and all the organising committee, all the brilliant volunteers and Wavemakers! World Rowing, British Rowing, Southsea Rowing Club, Southwest Coastal Rowing League and all the guys involved in these events.
