And tip #3 reveals the big secret about this block and why it looks familiar. To cut my chips, I use the Go Cutter 4-1/2" strip die to cut strips 4-1/2" wide and then lay those on the 2-1/2" strip die the other direction to cut perfect (and super fast) 2-1/2" x 4-1/2" chips.
