Count it if min + max is less than equal to target. This is extremely inefficient due to exponential time complexity and leads to TLE. 🔹 Approach-2 (Sorting + Two Pointers) Sort the array to allow efficient min/max comparisons. Use two pointers to find valid min-max pairs. For each valid pair, count the number of subsequences using powers of 2.
