Also, it has an incredible texture! You can have it cold but we usually serve it hot with custard but another alternative could be to serve it with cream or even more evaporated milk! The video shows me making enough apple mixture, batter and evaporated milk sauce for 2 apple tarts which serves 10-12 people.
