Review and Smoking a 24/7 Menthol Cigarette, which was first introduced by Tantus Tobacco, a now defunct budget tobacco producer. Currently, these are produced by Xcaliber International, another budget cigarette producer, who purchased Tantus in 2016, and continued producing some of their legacy brands. I don't know an exact year of introduction for the 24/7 brand, but I do know they must have been introduced prior to 2007, as that was the cutoff year for Xcaliber to determine whether to continue producing the legacy brands or not, due to FDA regulation that was introduced at the time. If the brand was introduced prior to 2007, it would be exempt from the regulation, if not, it would have to apply. To not even deal with the FDA, they decided to only continue brands that were created prior to that point in time, which is understandable.
