Rachel Middleton is the Network Manager for Penumbra's Distress Brief Intervention Service. Rachel asks, ‘Why not peer?’ and talks to us about how, with a focus on peer support, they are taking a different approach to helping people in distress. We’re also joined by Thom Stewart, Expert-by-Experience from An Ait Eile Cooperative who tells us more about Galway Community Café.
