Minn Kota Ultrex Install and Set up Configuration

Jump in the boat with TJ and install and configure his new Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor. There are 3 additional steps to configure the motor before the spot lock can be used. 1. Pair the heading sensor with the Ultrex trolling motor. Press the button on the heading sensor and it will flash rapidly. Quickly got to the Ultrex and hold the pair button until the Ultrex beeps. Release. They are now paired. The heading sensor will flash red every 3 seconds. 2. Configure the sensor by using your remote. Go to sensor cal, press start and drive the boat in 2 complete circles. Once complete the remote will designate that the calibration is complete 3. Configure the sensor off set using the remote. Go to sensor off set and hit ok, point the motor at 12 o'clock ad the remote will set the offset. Hit ok. And you can now use spot lock with confidence.
