Fusion 360 is primarily a parametric CAD program which means it records features, constraints and associations about the design such that they can be modified in the future. This means we don't have to recreate the part every time we want to make a change to the model. However, to use its parametric functionality without severe headaches, we need to ensure we fully define our sketches (make the sketch lines change from blue to black).
