Last year, at the end of March, my family and I went to Morocco. We rented a car and started in Fez, the oldest city in the country. Then, making our way south to the Sahara Desert, we stopped near the Atlas Mountains in a small village called Midelt. After our first time in the desert, we headed west to Marrakesh, stopping near Ait Benhaddou for a few nights. Once we left Marrakesh, the sea greeted us warmly in the surf village of Taghazout. It’s where I first learned how to surf. I found this footage again a few weeks ago. When I first edited it in April 2025, I was too anxious to post it due to its personal component at the end. But now I feel ready and more confident to put it out, so here we go. I hope you enjoy the video, and if you need some travel recommendations, feel free to text me.
