Some of the plastics just don’t feel as polished as they should for the cost of this subscription. 💡 Customer service experience: To be fair, Fanhome’s customer service was excellent. Even though there’s technically a 28-day notice period, they agreed to refund my next shipment. They also offered to pause deliveries for 3 months or let me pick up where I left off in the future.
