I don't want to eat broccoli! I don't like vegetables! - these are only some of the things we parents hear from our fussy eaters. But what if I told you that these common behaviours can be easily changed?! We started teaching mour children the basics of gardening and where food comes from since they were very little. Every year with the arrival of spring we get the kids involved in all things gardening and they love it! But what amazes me the most is that their attitude towards healthy food has changed and they started appreciating their food. They love to get busy in our little garden and getting their little hands dirty and most importantly they love eating the food they've contributing to growing.
