Captured on the Mega SG. 2. I'm actually not a huge fan of the type of music in this game. I recognize it as technically sound, I just wanted something more upbeat and with more bass. 3. This one has grown on me over the years. I love the pick-up-and-play nature of it. I use to knock it for lacking Shinobi III's depth, but after some consideration, I actually prefer it to stay more of a platformer with some mild action elements. Particularly since it was aimed at a broad audience. 4. Tommy Tallarico was part of the music team for this one. 5. There were also Game Boy, NES, Amiga, DOS, and Windows 95 versions of this game. The SMS/GG version is radically different. 6. The Sega CD was supposed to get its own version of Aladdin but it never materialized. 7. The Game Boy Color release came out in 2000 and is based on the Genesis version. 8. If you are in the market to own this game, it's often no more than $20 complete. 9. This was developed in just 10 months' time(planning to physical release). 10. The Genesis version has seen multiple reissues over the years. There is a shitty cardboard box version that was done for the Majesco Genesis 3 launch, and an unlicensed release done by iam8bit in 2020.
