So Mark sent me an interesting sample. It's a Caol Ila 14 year old (even though he told me it was an 8 on the label, sneaky) from indy bottlers Gordon and Macphail. First fill bourbon, finished in a hermitage cask. Please enlighten me to what a hermitage cask is guys as I'm not entirely sure, comment below. Thank you Mark for sending me this sample!
