It is themed around a visit by Queen Elizabeth I and has grown into a permanent 30-acre Renaissance village featuring period-style buildings, shops, pubs, and stages. Known for its elaborate costumes, live entertainment, jousting tournaments, musicians, comedians, artisans, and immersive role-playing, the Bristol Renaissance Faire is often considered one of the most authentic and well-produced Renaissance festivals in the country. Each season brings together performers and vendors from across the world to celebrate history, fantasy, and theatrical fun.
