Steven came to AFR from Long Island, NY, struggling with an addiction to heroin. “I was on death’s doorstep,” he shared with us. “I knew that if I didn’t get help, I was days away from death.” After his time in our medically supervised detox clinic, Steven got to straight to work, immersing himself in MRT and the other program options that he had decided on. It didn’t take long before he started to see a difference in himself.
