Flue condenser is being established to cool down the smoke; Two tanks of filters and water spray treatment will eliminate the sulfur content and dirt. Water tank structure make sure the clean water circulation; Once the process complete, open the valve for discharging while close the valve for condensing; The auto dishcarger take out the carbon black from reactor. After cooling process the carbon is being reserved into the ash tank; The surplus syngas goes to waste combustion chamber to be burned out; Hot smoke go through de-dusting system before releasing.
