The Darker Side of Vhikk X | 30-Minute Generative Dark Ambient Jam

The module of the moment has a reputation for devastating sounds.... and this time we're leaning into it. Hard. First, let me tell you there is heavy support in this jam from 4MS Ensemble Oscillator and DPO. This isn't a solo performance by the Vhikk X, and I don't want anyone thinking you'll get sounds like this out of it alone. Offscreen, EnsOsc is doing chord stuff, and DPO is doing a bass drone. There's no tonal sequencing going on, pitch and controls are all driven slow triangle and random stepped LFOs. Vhikk X/EnsOsc/DPO are submixed through a Jumble Henge, and then going through QPAS (with slow modulated cutoff), Starlab, then Magneto. I don't expect I'll explore drones too much, but these slowly evolving pieces with all kinds of complexity are kind of fun. The key I think is just very slow modulation, all over the place.
