Professor Gennai, here at Agora 2023, you talk about regenerative therapy. Exactly what is meant by regenerative therapy and for whom is it intended? Regenerative therapy is the therapy that uses the cells of our patients to go and regenerate, improve, heal tissues. Basically we know that in our tissues, especially in adipose tissue which is one of the richest in stem cells, in mesenchymal cells, there is a great treasure trove of cells that are used precisely to heal and regenerate tissues. So regenerative therapy works precisely by going to treat patients using their own cells. How? Small tissue harvesting, a treatment that can be done in the outpatient setting today because of techniques like the Seffiller technique. We can go and take small amounts of tissue on an outpatient basis and prepare the cells that are needed to go and inject into the various areas of the body where regenerative therapy needs to be done. The treatment is feasible, as I said, on an outpatient basis at the duration of about thirty-five, forty minutes, and today finally autologous regenerative therapy is entering the outpatient clinics of aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and so it's great news and great interest received in this congress. And regarding for example the face, it also has therefore an anti-aging effect, what are the areas in that you go maximally to treat? Maybe the eyes? So let's say that anti-aging therapy, being a graft as they say autologous and homologous, that is we take the patient's tissue, we use their tissue to go and regenerate the parts that need anti-aging, you can actually use it anywhere. Let's say that in the face it's one of the areas obviously where seffiller technique for regenerative is used the most, and certainly the eyes and the gaze are the most important, so much so that yesterday we did a workshop on this very topic, the regenerative treatment of the gaze, but obviously also the zygomatic malar region, that is the central part of the face, are very important. Just now I finished a paper on, for example, the regenerative part of the neck. Let's say regenerative therapy is a therapy based on our patient's own cells that can be used anywhere in the face of our patient. And how long do the results last? The result, as I say, when we do anti-aging therapy, we fortunately continue to age, so we have to keep doing this therapy to keep our bodies and tissues young but most importantly healthy. So I recommend repeating regenerative therapy at least once a year, in some cases you can even repeat it twice a year. Thank you doctor. My pleasure.
