Face au port - Le chemin du Calvaire mène au bois et au plateau de la Garoupe. Vous y trouverez le phare et le sémaphore et la belle chapelle de la Garoupe. Un peu plus au sud - la baie de la Garoupe, avec ses petites plages privées, et un point de départ du sentier côtier, le Sentier de Tirepoil. Au bout du sentier côtier se trouve la Villa Eilenroc avec ses roseraies. Sur le boulevard J.F. Kennedy, en allant vers l'est du Cap, à droite de la route se trouve la Villa les Chênes Vert, qui a accueilli Jules Verne, qui y a passé 6 hivers à réécrire ses romans pour le théâtre. Plus loin, au milieu d'un grand parc, se dresse l'Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. La Villa Aujourd'hui est une construction moderniste construite en 1938. Elle a accueilli Charlie Chaplin et Ava Gardner. 🔵⚪️🔴 On the west coast of Cap d'Antibes is a lovely small harbour called Port de la Salis. Opposite the harbour - Chemin du Calvaire leads to the Garoupe woods and plateau. There, you will find the lighthouse and the semaphore and the beautiful Garoupe chapel. A little further south - Garoupe bay, with its small private beaches, and a start point of the coastal path, Sentier de Tirepoil. At the end of the coastal path is the Villa Eilenroc with its rose gardens. On boulevard J.F. Kennedy, going toward the east of the Cap, on the right hand side of the road is Villa les Chênes Vert, which hosted Jules Verne, who spent 6 winters there rewriting his novels for the theatre.
