‘Next’ for Nexo? - Make The Most Of The Change & TA Update On The Nexo Token | CP Technical Analysis

Today (05/03/2021), Nexo.io altered their crypto and fiat interest offering for the first time in years. The community, who are usually incredibly supportive of Nexo have been grumbling. In this video, I demonstrate how you can have almost the same level of liquidity and interest return utilising a pro-rata structure for your crypto. While some of the interest rates have dropped significantly, particularly for stable coins such as Tether (USDT), Dai (DAI) and USDC (an average of -3% for liquid funds), others have improved such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Coin (BNB) for locked deposits. Overall, I see this as a change that will mean more stability for Nexo in the future, although it does align their service more with their competitors such as Crypto.com who offer fixed deposit structures. Nexo is a little less unique, but all is not lost. Toward the end of the video, I anticipate this fundamental change will have a volatile effect on the Nexo token, which (at the time of recording) was hovering at the bottom of an upward trend channel.
