Saguaro National Park Exploring the East & West Districts

Join us as we explore Saguaro National Park, home to the iconic saguaro cactus and one of the most beautiful desert landscapes in the American Southwest. On this trip we visit both sides of the park — the Rincon Mountain District on the east side and the Tucson Mountain District on the west side — discovering scenic drives, desert wildlife, and incredible views of the Sonoran Desert. We travel in our camper van with our two pups as we explore the scenic Cactus Forest Loop Drive, search for rare crested saguaros, stop at desert overlooks and picnic areas, and enjoy some beautiful desert sunsets. We also share our honest thoughts about the park after spending a few days exploring the area and staying at Catalina State Park.
