Campbell Guardian & Polara iN w/ exclusive ped phase- University Ave. & Walnut St. | Morgantown

This is a typical WVDOT mast arm signal. At some point they added Novax buttons to several University Ave. intersections, but now those have been replaced with Campbell Guardians. The buttons are strange. Some buttons are in weird positions (such as that one arrow that's pointing up). Some of the Campbell buttons don't have any audible functions (APS turned-off). Some buttons are synced with other buttons (Campbell only), while others aren't. They also have Polara iNavigator buttons on one side only. I looked at a 2020 Street View, and they were Campbell, so they must have been replaced very shortly after, perhaps something hit them. The Polaras use Rapid Tick 4, while the Campbells use voice messages. SIGNAL INFO: 8" heads: N/A. 12" heads: McCain (aluminum; originally Siemens SA/Eagle Durasig).
