We were thrilled to welcome Jon Lock and Nich Angell - author and illustrator of the brilliant new children’s graphic novel Tiny Hercules - for a huge day in Catterick, meeting 500 children from five local schools! It was a fun-packed visit with book signings, loads of great questions, and 500 brand-new Tiny Hercules drawings as Jon and Nich showed everyone how to bring the character to life. Author visits like this are rare in North Yorkshire, so the schools in this small garrison town were absolutely buzzing to meet them. We love running community events at The Wonky Tree - and this was our biggest one yet! Thanks so much to the schools, staff, and everyone who helped make it happen - what a day!
