On September 11th, CEGC Equip reached a major milestone with the official launch of the "Qingsheng No.1" slurry pressure balance shield Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). Developed by Tangxing Technology, this high-performance machine is set to transform the 220 kV power transmission line relocation project in Guangzhou’s Nansha District. With a tunneling diameter of 4.36 meters and a total length of 80 meters, the Qingsheng No.1 is custom-built to tackle the most complex geological conditions, including fine sand, silt, and mudstone. 🚀 Key Innovations of Qingsheng No.1: Dual-Spherical Joint Structure: Enables a minimum turning radius of just 80 meters. Anti-Jamming Tech: High thrust and torque for maximum efficiency in hard rock. Real-Time Monitoring: Intelligent slurry circulation system for ultimate stability. Advanced Sealing: High-pressure combined sealing for complex hydrogeological environments. Modular Design: Optimized for quick assembly and rapid deployment on-site. At CEGC Equip, we are committed to driving the future of tunnel engineering with reliable, cutting-edge equipment. From small to medium-diameter shields, our technology is trusted in major national infrastructure projects. 🔗 Learn more about our solutions: https://cegcequip.com/ 🕒 Video Timeline 0:00 Introduction & Official Launch Ceremony 0:12 Project Overview: Qingsheng Hub Block, Guangzhou 0:24 Technical Specs: Diameter, Length & Capabilities 0:45 Challenging Strata: Navigating Sand, Silt & Clay 1:04 Innovative Engineering: Spherical Joints & Anti-Jamming Tech 1:25 Intelligent Systems & Real-Time Monitoring 1:45 The CEGC Equip Commitment to Infrastructure 2:06 Looking Ahead: The Future of Tunneling Technology #CEGCEquip #TunnelBoringMachine #TBM #Infrastructure #Engineering #ConstructionTechnology #QingshengNo1 #Tunneling #HeavyMachinery #CivilEngineering #PowerTransmission #SmartConstruction #TangxingTechnology #Guangzhou #TrenchlessTechnology
