As we prepare to live and travel full-time in our 2005 Dodge Sprinter van, we spent a few days insulating the van in order to live comfortably on the road. Just like insulating a stationary home, it is a very important step to keep both extremes of cold and hot air outside of your van. It also helps keep moisture off the walls/cieling of your vehicle which is a huge mold/rust preventative.
