Talk on University Online Courses in 2020 and the COVID-19 Pandemic Year Dr. Hiroshi Kijima was born in Tokyo, Japan. He graduated from Niigata University School of Medicine in 1984, and from the Department of Pathology, Niigata University Graduate School of Medicine in 1988. During 1988-2004, he worked in the Department of Pathology, Tokai University School of Medicine, Isehara, Kanagawa, Japan. 1993-1997, he researched as visiting Investigator, Department of Medical Oncology, City of Hope National Medical Center, Duarte, California, USA. Since 2004, we worked in the Department of Pathology and #Bioscience, Hirosaki University Graduate School of Medicine, Hirosaki, Japan. His major research interests are (1) Molecular mechanisms of tumor progression/metastasis and angiogenesis, (2) Molecular mechanisms and pathophysiology of clock genes, and (3) Molecular and diagnostic pathology of human cancer.
