Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you enjoy our walk through of both the Hudson Valley as well as the Long Island Great Jack-o-lantern blazes! In both cases, there are over 7,000 carved jack-o-lanterns creating many wonderfully creepy pumpkin sculptures. Along the way we stayed at a couple of castles to make our trips even more magical. The blaze in Long Island is at the Old Bethpage Restoration Village and we stayed the Oheka Castle in Cold Spring Harbor. The Hudson Valley blaze is a short drive from Sleep Hollow and we stayed the Castle Hotel and Spa in Tarrytown.
