Lecture series by Nutan Swamiji during Delhi Sadhana Shibiram 2025. Date: 20 September 2025 Venue: CIRD, Delhi In this Q & A session following the discourse series on Buddhi Yoga, Swamiji clarifies key aspects of Buddhi yoga, devotion, meditational and non-meditational Sadhana. In Buddhi Yoga the seeker anchors the intelligence in the Self while engaging in all actions and interactions. The intelligence is applied to perform all activities without selfishness or desires. Bhakti is the emotional quotient in a seeker’s pursuit. Vivekachudamani defines Bhakti as constant contemplation into one’s own nature. Knowledge (Jnana) without devotion will not be complete, and Bhakti without Jnana lacks depth. So, a seeker must develop one-pointed devotion (Eka Bhakti), where the devotion does not get deviated by any external occurrence. Eka Bhakti can be developed by becoming desireless. Swamiji emphasizes that in the spiritual pursuit, both interactional and absorptional Sadhana must run parallely. Along with regularly abiding in the Self, the seeker must remain connected to the Divine amidst all actions and interactions.
