MMID Coding Workshop - 2022-03-02 Data visualization using ggtree

INSTRUCTOR Taylor Davedow PhD Student Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, University of Manitoba Email: [email protected] BACKGROUND Taylor is in her 2nd year of PhD studies at the University of Manitoba in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and is supervised by Dr. Celine Nadon.  Her research is focused on the genomics of non-O1/non-O139 Vibrio cholerae and aims to characterize virulence markers and reveal phylogenetic relationships within Canada and internationally.
