BLAKE: The banquet graduation video has been a long-standing tradition at Churchill, and this year's is very special. JESSE: Lots of hard work was put into making it and it has been receiving absolutely, mind-blowingly rave reviews from critics for several weeks. BLAKE: We like facts, so here are some facts about this year's grad video! JESSE: The budget is estimated to be about two-hundred and twenty million dollars. BLAKE: In the opening weekend alone, the film made two-hundred million dollars, shattering the previous record held by the last Harry Potter movie. JESSE: In its second week of release, the film made another hundred million, setting another industry record. BLAKE: Worldwide, it has grossed over A BILLION dollars. JESSE: Robert Downey Jr. was reported to have been paid ten million dollars for his portrayal of Iron Man. BLAKE: If all of this sounds very familiar, it's because this year for the grad video, we have decided to show The Avengers. JESSE: Yeah, the grad video committee worked for months trying to make a video about our school to try to compete with The Avengers but man, the Avengers was GOOOOD. BLAKE: We loved the film so much that we just thought, you know, everyone should see it.
