About this video: Before Holy Mother was born, her mother Shyamasundari Devi had an extraordinary experience, under a Bel tree in Sihore, near Jayrambati which is connected with Holy Mother's divine advent. That Bel tree stands even today. Bel tree at SihoreIn connection with Holy Mother's 150th Birth Anniversary(1853-2003), Sri Sarada Math has purchased this sacred place where the Bel tree stands. There, the consecration of the temple and monastic quarters took place on the Friday, the 17th of June, 2005 by Most Revered President Mataji, Sri Sarada Math. Since then, apart from daily worship, fortnightly Ramnam Sankritan & religious classes for village women are conducted regularly. A charitable homoeopathic dispensary is also started for women and children. Medicines are supplied free. It also conducts medical camps. Welfare activities: Blankets, saris and clothes are distributed among economically weaker sections of the society. Pecuniary help is also given to needy students and for medical treatment.
