On the Joe Rogan Experience Episode 524, Rickson Gracie named Marcio "Macarrao" Stambowsky as one of the original BJJ competitors to use the triangle choke. Macarrao, one of Rolls Gracie's only black belts, now teaches in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this video, he talks about training under Rolls, learning the triangle choke, and about some adjustments he made to it. He then teaches the basic triangle choke, then adds some "old school" details to make it more difficult to defend.
