This has been quite the adventure, learning and exploring this great South Georgia City of Bainbridge Georgia. This is my 3rd installment on my amazing experience, and I want you to join me as I walk around and marvel at these great homes, churches, and other historical places around town. The homes in the early 1900's had such a unique character about them. Some of the more expensive dwellings resembled the castles at Disney Land and at Disney World. Bainbridge is on the right track in renovating their heritage. Speaking of heritage, I obtained a Driving/Walking tour guide of some of the most popular and historically important structures around the historic district from SouthwestGeorgia.com. The stories behind some of these magnificent creations were enlightening. As a bonus, I was able to explore the historical and Hollywood screen used courtroom at the Decatur County Courthouse. What an amazing experience. So, put on your good walking shoes and stay hydrated as we go on this epic historic walking tour of Bainbridge's Heritage. During the filming of these video clips, South Georgia was under an EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY! So, I definitely had to stay hydrated. I felt I did a great job in using the Heritage Tour Guide to tell my story. However, I missed filming 1 of the listed houses, the Scott - Long house at 430 East Broughton Street. It was built in 1890 by M.W. Scott and was a Queen Anne Style Structure. At the publishing of this video, I have obtained 189 subscribers. I want to thank everyone who have watched my videos and have supported my adventures.
