New edited witness video shows the tense moments leading up to a crash at the center of the Minneapolis incident where DHS says an ICE agent shot and killed a woman. The footage (provided to KARE by Daniel Suitor) appears to show a federal agent reaching the vehicle and trying to open the door as the SUV pulls away, before the vehicle crashes.
