Vatican City Jubilee Year - Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, The Holy Door. Rome, Italy. Morning Day 2 26 February 2025 This is a tour package (with Colosseum Tour in the afternoon) purchased from Klook. A private van picked me up from my hotel in the morning. Dropped me off at the meeting point, near the Vatican. This was a really good tour as this package included a guide who's very passionate and knowledgeable about the Vatican. The tour was supposed to run for about 3 hours, covering Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. We skipped most of the queue, which is awesome! I got so overwhelmed with so much information from this tour. Definitely, a day or 2 wouldn't be enough to cover everything. Having an amazing tour guide is really essential. It's Jubilee Year (2025), and we were able to enter The Holy Door! I did not take a video or photo from Sistine Chapel due to copyright (A Japanese firm owned the copyright of Sistine Chapel). Anyway, there are heaps of Sistine Chapel photos over the Internet. Or watch the 2024 film "Conclave", where in the movie, Sistine chapel was the room where the cardinals were voting for the new pope. 😉
