[CNY 2023 Special] SMRT East West Line Last Train Spottings For Changi Airport and Tuas Link

Date Taken: 23rd January 2023 Monday SGPT here would like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year in the Year Of The Rabbit🥕🐇🧧🍊BOING BOING! With that, this will be my first video of spotting Last Train Services for Changi Airport and Tuas Link. As of the surprising news, 317/318 made its return to Changi Airport Line and replaced 127/128 on slot number 102 which does a Last Train Service Between Tanah Merah and Changi Airport for weekends. Unfortunately for public holidays, the timetable will be following the same as the Sunday schedule. It's good to see 317/318 back on the East West Line as it has been stuck on the North South Line since 12th July 2022 Tuesday. And 317/318 last run on Changi Airport Line was on the 6th October 2017 Friday. Funny thing is that on this date 23rd January exactly 2 years ago in 2021, the first Kawasaki Nippon Sharyo also replaced Kawasaki Heavy Industries C151 on Changi Airport Line 102 and that's 323/324. 323/324 replaced 091/092 exactly on this date 23rd January 2021 Saturday as deployed on 102 and with that, 323/324 also did a successful run for Last Train Services Between Tanah Merah and Changi Airport. Thanks 317/318 for an amazing ride and definitely feels like a express train as always to be made for Changi Airport Line. Hopefully the chances for me to ride more Siemens C651 and Kawasaki Nippon Sharyo C751B on Changi Airport Line more often.
