This place is a tribute to Momofuku Ando, a Taiwanese ethnic Chinese Japanese man, who achieved global recognition for his indomitable spirit, which culminated in the invention of instant Cup Noodles. The museum is organized into several exhibits, starting with: 1) the INSTANT NOODLES HISTORY CUBE, a wall displaying a wide array of instant noodle products. 2) Next up is the MOMOFUKU THEATER, where we get to watch his life story. 3) Beyond this is a mock-up of MOMOFUKU’S WORK SHED, where the world’s first instant ramen was invented. 4) Afterwards, one can view THE MOMOFUKU ANDO STORY, a 58 meter long panoramic wall displaying images of Mr Andos life and times, which he had tirelessly dedicated to his craft. 5) The most exciting exhibit has to be MY CUPNOODLES FACTORY, where one can customize his or her own cup design, select ingredients and seasoning, and watch as the staff assist in packaging and sealing the final product for you to take home. 6) On the top floor lies the NOODLES BAZAAR, a food court featuring noodle stalls from around the world.
