Caiden Mason joined Freedom Running Club in early November 2025, just one month out from his very first marathon, the Queens Marathon. With limited time before race day, the focus was on: -Dialing in race strategy and fueling -Preparing mentally for the marathon distance -Sharpening fitness without overloading -Executing with confidence on race day The result? Caiden ran 2:57, breaking 3 hours in his debut marathon. Now, with a full training cycle ahead, Caiden is building toward his next goal: qualifying for the Boston Marathon at the Jersey City Marathon this April. This phase includes more specific workouts like hill training, aerobic fitness testing, and the full Freedom Running Club training methodology.
