Exploring Cairo Markets & Getting Scammed While Renting a Car! In this vlog from Egypt, I start my day with breakfast and plan a special surprise for my viewers something different and exciting! I attempt to rent a car in Egypt to explore the city, something not many travelers show in their vlogs. First, I get a local SIM card and explore the vibrant Egyptian streets and local markets. I visit the famous Khan Al Khalili market, one of the oldest and most iconic marketplaces in Cairo, and also visit one of the oldest mosques where the head of Imam Hussain is believed to be kept. I share interesting facts about Egypt, its culture, and the local market life while doing some shopping. Later, I head to the gym, but the vibe there was totally different because everyone was watching the Senegal vs Egypt football match. Egypt unfortunately lost the match, and you could see how sad the locals were. Meanwhile, I tried renting a car twice first the shop was closed, and the second time the shopkeeper was missing. But suddenly we managed to arrange a car and got super excited! After dinner, we went back to complete the rental process… only to realize that we got scammed 😭.
