Commentator explains that the export of grapes is "gone for the duration [of Second World War] and the entire crop must now be placed on the home market". The grapes are put into large baskets, carried by the workers on their shoulders and emptied into wooden crates. Trucks drive off with the crates and take them to be sold in "poorer districts".
