My first time ever stepping foot in Colorado and I land in Denver get a car rental and drive out about 1.5 hours to Breckenridge. On this trip vlog you will see snowy mountains, Main Street shopping, ice skating, Trollstigen, ski resorts, Hoosier Pass and a fraction of the haunted tour with Ghostly Tales. Due to the long name, Breckenridge is fondly referred to as Breck by locals. Even I started referring to it in the short hand form two days in. Also a popular way of saying 'hi' or 'sorry' is the peace sign. I saw this daily as people went along their normal tasks avoiding traffic or narrowly colliding in stores. General Info: Breck is big. Like three base areas, Five (mountain) Peaks and nearly 3,000 acres big. Most resorts just have one mountain but Breck is part of an entire mountain range, comprised of Peaks 6 through 10 within Colorado’s distinct Ten Mile Range. It's known for its ski resort, year-round alpine activities and Gold Rush history.
