This video documents what happens when the Malaysian banking system flags your name — and how hard it is to come back from it. It started with my Touch ’n Go eWallet being blocked after a transaction was flagged under NSRC rules. Police report wasn’t the real problem. BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia) was. Here’s the uncomfortable truth: When BNM flags your name for suspected money laundering or scam-related activity, that flag sits inside a shared system used by all Malaysian banks. Banks won’t explain it. They’re not allowed to. You won’t get a reason. You’ll just get rejected. In this video, I show the full process and mindset — not sitting and waiting, but doing everything that’s still in my control. What this video covers: – how Malaysian bank flagging actually works – why police reports don’t automatically fix it – NSRC, compliance systems, and silent blacklists – why banks refuse without explanation – what documents matter when trying again – building a clean, stable profile instead of a vague story – using APEC card, visa documents, criminal record checks, bank slips – preparing a full document file before visiting banks – the mental side of not giving up Banks visited in this video: – Maybank – CIMB Bank – Public Bank Berhad – Hong Leong Bank – UOB Malaysia – HSBC Malaysia – OCBC Bank Malaysia – Standard Chartered Malaysia – Alliance Bank Malaysia it didn’t work so far. We’ll see. What mattered most was knowing I did everything possible. This video is also about mindset. Not waiting helplessly. Not playing the victim. Doing what you can — and accepting that what’s out of your control has to be left alone. If you live in Malaysia, use e-wallets, deal with crypto, or plan long-term life here — this video shows a side of the system most people only discover when it’s too late. #Malaysia #KualaLumpur #MalaysianBanks #BankNegaraMalaysia #BNM #NSRC #TouchNGO #EwalletMalaysia #BankAccountRejected #ExpatLife #LivingInMalaysia #CryptoMalaysia #DailyVlog #TravelVlog #TravelVlogger #MalaysiaTrulyAsia
