Fortunately, after I sent customer service a copy of their shipping policy, they agreed to credit the money toward a future purchase. Is it just me, or is Flash 2 day shipping getting really unreliable too??? I’ve ordered stuff before on a Wednesday and it took until next Tuesday with 2 day shipping. Any similar experiences with that?
