This is another special Zen Walk - one of our favourites. On a sunny winter morning, we start up on the dunes of the beach of Alfarim, (commonly known as 'Praia das Artes' by the older locals), and calmly make our way down to the lagoon of Lagoa de Albufeira, enjoying some majestic views along the way. As Portugal is still under lockdown, there’s almost no one around - it’s quite an experience. Lagoa de Albufeira (not to be confused with Algarve's Albufeira 😉) is fairly close to Lisbon, and offers vibrant nature, strong Atlantic Ocean waves, and some of the best beaches in Portugal.
