This video shows what happened when my Hero Splendor Xtec 2.0 broke down on the road and I used National Insurance Roadside Assistance (RSA) towing service. Instead of helping, the situation became worse when the towing person did not fasten the bike properly, and my bike fell on the road during towing, causing damage. Later, near my hostel, the towing vehicle hit an electric pole, the lights went off, and the pole became unstable. Hostel security and caretaker had to intervene. By morning, the towing person left without taking responsibility. This is a serious issue related to negligence in roadside assistance services.
